These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LeadHaven's website (leadhavenagency.com) and AI voice dispatching services (the "Service"). By purchasing our Service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
LeadHaven provides AI-powered voice receptionist and dispatching services for trade contractors, with primary operations in Arizona. The Service includes: a custom AI voice agent that answers missed calls, qualifies leads, and books appointments into your calendar; Arizona-specific emergency triage logic (including no-cool heat protocols, slab leak detection, and monsoon/flood bypass routing); call forwarding setup assistance; call recording and transcription; and SMS notifications regarding booked appointments.
You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate trade business in the United States to use our Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Your $250 covers setup + your first 5 qualified appointment credits. After your 5th booking, you are billed $50 per qualified appointment as they are delivered. There are no monthly fees. There are no retainer charges. There are no charges for junk calls, hang-ups, or unqualified leads.
Setup Fee: A one-time $250 activation fee is required to initiate the Service. This fee includes your custom AI build, Arizona call forwarding configuration, emergency triage setup, calendar integration, and the first 5 qualified appointment credits.
Ongoing Fees: After your initial 5 credits are used, you are billed $50 per qualified appointment as they are delivered. You are only charged when we deliver a qualified booking. No bookings = No charge.
Qualified Appointments: A "qualified appointment" is defined as a booking where the AI has confirmed the caller's name, service address, homeowner status, and nature of the job. You have access to full recordings and transcripts for every call. Disputes regarding qualification must be submitted within 7 days of the booking.
All payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize LeadHaven to charge your payment method for fees incurred.
7-Day Performance Guarantee: If LeadHaven does not book at least 5 qualified appointments within 7 days of your AI dispatcher going live, you are entitled to a full refund of the $250 activation fee. To request a refund, email hello@leadhavenagency.com within 7 days of your go-live date. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
The 7-day period begins on the date your AI dispatcher is confirmed live (i.e., the date of your successful test call confirmation). This guarantee applies to the activation fee only. Ongoing appointment fees ($50/ea) are non-refundable once a qualified booking has been delivered and confirmed.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to SMS is not required as a condition of purchasing the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited communications or in any manner that violates the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or applicable state laws.

All calls handled by the LeadHaven AI dispatcher are recorded. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with all applicable call recording disclosure laws in your jurisdiction. Arizona is a one-party consent state for call recording. If you serve customers in states requiring two-party consent, you bear responsibility for ensuring appropriate disclosure. LeadHaven provides the AI greeting as your first disclosure point.
LeadHaven's Arizona emergency triage logic (including heat-stroke escalation, slab leak screening, and monsoon bypass routing) is designed to assist with call routing decisions — it is not a substitute for professional emergency assessment. For life-threatening emergencies, callers should always be directed to call 911. LeadHaven is not liable for damages arising from emergency routing decisions.
LeadHaven retains all intellectual property rights in the Service, including our AI agents, software, and systems. You retain ownership of your business data, customer information, and call recordings generated through your account. You grant LeadHaven a limited license to use aggregated, anonymized call data to improve the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." LEADHAVEN MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE'S ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
LEADHAVEN'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. LEADHAVEN IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, MISSED BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadHaven and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
Either party may terminate the Service at any time. Upon termination, your AI dispatcher will be deactivated and your call forwarding codes will stop routing calls. Any remaining appointment credits will be forfeited unless a refund is owed under the 7-Day Performance Guarantee. LeadHaven reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or SMS. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
